Our service plans can be tailored to meet your needs. However, for an annual fee, we offer a standard package of services.

Any work that falls outside of those services is billed at an hourly rate. Don’t hesitate to contact us for a consultation.

We work in central Paris. The majority of the properties we manage are located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Marais, and Champs-de-Mars. If you have a home in Provence, we would be happy to speak with you too.

Don’t worry if you’re not in one of these areas. If it’s not right for us, we will refer you to one of our partners.

In a word-absolutely. We have extensive experience serving as “owner’s reps” on large-scale renovation projects. We serve as your go-between with the architects, contractors and builders. We are also able to oversee directly with our trusted artisans on smaller projects.

While we don’t take on purely administrative clients, we do work with our property management clients to help them tackle a lot of the paperwork. We also have a list of preferred partners who can help with your legal and fiscal matters.

The short answer is, it depends. We don’t take on small apartments rented out on a short-term basis.

However if you have a larger property in a prime neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about rental possibilities.
